Youth Development

For rangatahi not in employment, education, or training (NEET), and for any young person looking for direction, skills, or community.

Every rangatahi deserves a path forward

14,000+ young New Zealanders are not in employment, education, or training. Many are from migrant, refugee, or ethnic minority backgrounds. Many have skills, intelligence, and ambition, and need a hand to find the next step.

Our youth programmes meet rangatahi where they are. Free, judgement-free, culturally informed.
