Whānau in active care
2025 was the year Muskaan Care Trust stepped into a national role. We secured a seat on the Te Whatu Ora Consumer Council. We published Beyond the Blood with the PHANZ. We grew from supporting Auckland whānau to active programmes from Kaitāia to Bluff.
But the numbers in this report aren't the headline. The headline is the families who reached out at the hardest moment of their lives and found someone on the other end of the line who understood. That's what we built. That's what your support made possible.
