For large events (over 50 people), you'll need public liability insurance. We can advise.
If you used Givealittle or Facebook, the platform sends us the funds directly. If you collected cash, you can bank-transfer or post a cheque, we'll send you our bank details.
Yes, for donations $5+, we issue tax receipts (NZ tax law). Just send us the list of donors and amounts.
If we can fit it in, yes! A trustee or volunteer will speak about the work, adds a lot to the event.
